Erotic Touch Types Video Transcript
[00:00:00] Chris Maxwell Rose: Hi, I'm Chris. I'm Charlotte. We are The Pleasure Mechanics.
[00:00:03] Thank you so much for being part of this course with us and exploring erotic touch with us
[00:00:11] Learning erotic touch online is a very specific thing, we acknowledge that.
[00:00:16] We have been teaching erotic touch together since 2006. and before that, which is because it's how we met mm-hmm.
[00:00:24] And how we fell in love and kind of the why of why we started Pleasure Mechanics in the first place was to share the incredible power of skilled, confident, aware erotic touch. Touch is magic.
[00:00:42] It's an incredible skill to develop and we are so thrilled to be here with you, and we wanted to share in this video specific types of erotic touch.
[00:00:54] Because what we noticed over time is, yes, there's techniques specifically for the butt muscles or for the tiny little muscles and bones of the feet, but no matter where you're touching on the body, we use different types of touch to create different kinds of sensations.
[00:01:10] But also to evoke different emotional experiences and to kind of care and tend to one another in this variety of ways. And so if we can develop a language around this, if we can assist you in developing a somatic vocabulary, right language that will help you explore, uh, your wants. And ask for more specifically what kind of touch you want, but also to express your gratitudes.
[00:01:40] Mm-hmm. Like after you do a massage exploration, um, you know, the five minute follow along, stroke by stroke videos in this course. Like you're gonna have this incredible experience and then you get to talk about it. And if you can say specifically what you liked and how you liked it and what you want more of, that's how you're gonna build your skills together.
[00:02:03] You know, stroke by stroke, as we say, session by session, massage by massage, and we hope that the language in this video helps you do that. Mm-hmm.
[00:02:18] So one of the most important powerful kinds of erotic touch is just holding.
[00:02:25] Charlotte Mia Rose: This is such a beautiful way of starting and ending massages. It's a beautiful first opening and closing of a, a session of touch. It also can be a way of landing and grounding for yourself and getting really present. It can create an emotional experience that is really calming and soothing and brings a sense of safety, which is such a wonderful place to start touch from.
[00:02:54] Chris Maxwell Rose: And when we're talking about holding, we're talking about Yes just like holding your hands still on any part of your lover's body.
[00:03:00] Holding any part of your lover's body in your hands or in your arms, right to hold and to be held is this like really specific experience that sometimes, like I've brought lovers to tears.
[00:03:14] We're doing all this amazing other sex stuff. Sex stuff, and then I'm just holding still on their body and they well up with tears and it's like, have you ever actually just been held before?
[00:03:25] Charlotte Mia Rose: Specifically the face, like holding the face and then looking in someone's eyes can be a very intimate experience.
[00:03:31] Holding the heart and holding the genitals or any combination can be such an accepting experience that many of us have not had. So it can be very powerful in its simplicity.
[00:03:43] Chris Maxwell Rose: So try this. Notice it in the videos. As Charlotte demonstrates like no matter what part of the body we are touching, we use this technique of just holding and holding still.
[00:03:54] And it gives you that moment just to notice. Right. And also whenever you're in doubt during a massage, just hold still for a minute. Yeah. Because remember our voices telling you it's one of the most powerful erotic techniques there are. Mm-hmm. There is on this whole damn planet and it's one of the simplest, so use it and enjoy it.
[00:04:17] Mm-hmm. Hold all parts of the whole being.
[00:04:20] Yes. Meanwhile, Glides.
[00:04:25] Gliding over different parts of your lover's body. Gliding is that long, continuous river of sensation that often first comes to mind if we talk about massage. Right. It's often aided with massage oil, but it doesn't have to be. We can glide over our lover's body.
[00:04:44] And also when we're saying our lovers, we can do all of this touch for ourselves too, and we always wanna remember that, or more than one lover at the same time, right? We all do erotic touch differently, and yet these principles are continuous, and that's what we love about them.
[00:05:01] Charlotte Mia Rose: So I feel like the emotional experience of receiving glides is a really integrating, unifying experience for the receiver often because you're getting present to your skin, and your muscles and kind of more of your body and so we can kind of, it's a way of getting really present inside our own body cuz we're feeling, feeling ourselves. () If you will
[00:05:26] Chris Maxwell Rose: and when we glide over, like we can often focus on one part of the body and glide just over that one muscle body again and again.
[00:05:34] But we also, as Charlotte said, can integrate and glide from say, the face to the heart, to the genitals or from thigh to genitals to thigh again. Mm-hmm. Right? And these glides literally pull our awareness and attention around the body in these very fluid ways. And it's delicious. It's delicious. And we need to remember also that glides can come at a whole range of sensations, um, and pressures,
[00:06:02] Charlotte Mia Rose: right?
[00:06:02] A whole range of pressures. We can have a finger. A finger.
[00:06:06] Chris Maxwell Rose: This just makes me wanna touch you, not
[00:06:09] Charlotte Mia Rose: feather. Light glide, um, is a really different experience than a deep pressured glide, but it's still working with the
[00:06:16] Chris Maxwell Rose: glide. And we're gonna demonstrate more touch, but like the push pushes of the pull glide.
[00:06:21] Mm-hmm. Right? Mm-hmm. So in this angle I'm pushing and I'm using my force to push into her body versus pulling and still gliding. And we can use this with all different parts of the body. Um, and alternating between that push and pull will keep things yummy. You can imagine that up and down the legs, up and down the arms.
[00:06:39] You can imagine. Yeah, you can imagine.
[00:06:42] Circles are a kind of glide, but they're a specific shape that the body seems to really love
[00:06:48] and my massage teacher, Chester Mainard, used to say that "circles love circles"
[00:06:54] so wherever we find circular shapes on the body, um, from nipples to the whole chest muscle to the muscles around the hips, um, the butt muscles are quite circular.
[00:07:06] The shoulder muscles have a circular, um, rhythm to them. And so wherever you find circular shapes on the body, try playing in circles. And this creates a very like, rhythmic, hypnotic feeling mm-hmm. In the body. Um, and you can really play here with range of speed, right? So using one hand to do a circle around the entire back.
[00:07:30] Slower than you ever thought possible versus like really vigorous circles on the shoulders will create a different effect. And
[00:07:37] Charlotte Mia Rose: then also doing simultaneous circles like on the back of the shoulders and on the butt muscles. What kind of circles? Simultaneous. Simultaneous. And at the same time can really create like, again, a unifying and trancey kind of feeling, um, where you're really getting into a rhythm and a it, it helps the body really deeply relax.
[00:07:56] Chris Maxwell Rose: That's actually one of your signature moves. Yeah. I like them is the simultaneous circles and often in like different rhythms. Yeah. So she'll have like one slow and then kind of move fast.
[00:08:04] Charlotte Mia Rose: Hmm. Yeah. It really takes the body somewhere.
[00:08:07] You know, this is the thing with touch, we can just take and create these really specific erotic experiences and the more awareness we have around these kinds of touches, the more we can play with it and shape it to the kind of experience we want to be having. Mm-hmm. And the body's preferences that we are touching
[00:08:24] Chris Maxwell Rose: and like your signature style of erotic touch and how that meets your lover's body.
[00:08:28] And your own body. Um, kneading I love kneads I need to be kneaded um, kneads are using the heels of the hands and the hand muscles. It's one of the only strokes we really use the hand muscles for to work and need the muscles underneath the skin. Right. So if we're just. Pinching the skin itself, that's a pinch.
[00:08:56] But if we're using the heel of our hand and we're working the muscle body underneath the skin, right, it's a totally different experience. Then we start getting into kneading and we can knead very lightly, almost like a catwalk, or we can knead very, very intensively and really grip and squeeze one another's bodies.
[00:09:15] Um, And we can think of it, you know, the kneading the bread dough. Um, but there's this like rhythm we can get into kneading mm-hmm. That can be very, um, trance inducing. But for me, very releasing and relaxing. Mm-hmm. And soothing work me like a ball of dough, but
[00:09:33] Charlotte Mia Rose: also, um, power grabs like where you are grabbing someone with.
[00:09:37] Some intensity and some passion. It's a way of kind of physically and somatically expressing desire. Um, so it's something to, to work with there.
[00:09:47] Chris Maxwell Rose: And people have different preferences here, right? And so with all of these techniques, it's about being able to try things out, discuss how they felt, and then build on the wins and learn your current preferences, cause these things change. Mm-hmm. And so how much we like to be gripped and grabbed and squeezed and kneaded is a very variable, very personal. Yes.
[00:10:11] Charlotte Mia Rose: And definitely to be discussed prior to experimenting. Mm-hmm. And after.
[00:10:18] Chris Maxwell Rose: Vibrations. Vibrations are right. Of course. We think of vibrators. It's one of the biggest sex toy categories for a reason.
[00:10:25] The body loves vibrations. And when it comes to erotic touch, this means using your hand to create vibratory waves throughout the body. And this works especially well in big fleshy areas. Um, like the buttocks, for example. You'll see this demonstrated in the butt massage videos. Um, but when we use the muscles to kind of create bouncy waves that break around the bones, right?
[00:10:52] So if you think of waves in water crashing up against rocks, what we're doing with vibrations is we're sending vibrations through the muscle body, having them break around the bony points of the body, like the bony landmarks. And this creates this oceanic wave-like relaxing, and potentially arousing, sensation in the body, especially the pelvis. If we're talking about vibrating the butt and thighs.
[00:11:23] Charlotte Mia Rose: You can also use a fist at the perineum and
[00:11:25] Chris Maxwell Rose: create a vibration. Take it there. I mean, that's in the foreplay. Yeah, you're right. You're
[00:11:30] Charlotte Mia Rose: right. But I just vibration.
[00:11:32] Chris Maxwell Rose: But yes, there's many ways of creating vibrations on the genitals.
[00:11:36] And we cover, you know, in the foreplay course it's how to roll all of these techniques we learn here in couples massage into our specific arousing {mm-hmm} erotic touch.
[00:11:47] Um, You're right. Way to take it there.
[00:11:51] And another one of these bridge erotic touch techniques, right? One that can be incredibly relaxing and incredibly arousing is percussion, drumming into the body.
[00:12:03] And this can be like little taps, right? Mm-hmm. Or it can be like really big thuds. Especially in these muscular parts of the body. The butt loves percussion, the shoulders love percussion, the chest loves percussion. Am I hurting you? No, that's great. I love it.
[00:12:21] We can use instruments for percussion and in another video we're gonna cover touch objects like tools to use for massage. Um, but for now, really think about just drumming into the body in anything from like a light pitter patter to really deep impact. And that's gonna take us into erotic, spanking and kink. Yeah. Right. But I want to go here with couples massage because so often what we hear from folks is that I want deeper, I want more pressure.
[00:12:54] Mm-hmm. I want more. I want more intensity. Massage is not all like light glides. And percussion reminds us that we can really take quite a lot, often, and we can communicate about that, right? So here's where we play games like, I'm going to slowly increase the intensity of this percussion. And then you can say when, right?
[00:13:19] And this kind of touch,
[00:13:20] Charlotte Mia Rose: oh, I, I really like a lot. So it's, I'll say when now, but, um, Um,
[00:13:26] but this kind of touch is really stimulating. It's kind, it's invigorating mm-hmm. And can be used as an accent in certain moments to kind of create alertness, um, awakeness um, and can be used intentionally to sort of create moments of delight.
[00:13:41] Mm-hmm.
[00:13:42] Chris Maxwell Rose: Mm-hmm. Like often if I do like a back massage or a butt massage, I'll then throw in some percussion, like, and percussion doesn't have to be the full. Loose hand, and we'll talk about different working surfaces of the hands in another video. Mm-hmm. Um, but percussion sometimes is the side of the hand.
[00:13:59] And so it's these kind of like,
[00:14:03] Charlotte Mia Rose: right. And you can imagine that on the butt feeling really good. It doesn't feel good on a your shoulder? No. It feels delicious too. Feels good everywhere, but, um, but it is another way of like breaking up tension, um mm-hmm. And relaxing the muscles.
[00:14:16] Chris Maxwell Rose: Um, and the, you know, there's different traditions that tap different parts of the bodies that use striking.
[00:14:23] There's whole mm-hmm. Like self martial art dances where you strike different parts of your meridians. Mm-hmm. Um, so this is something that appears in all sorts of different human movement and touch traditions. Mm-hmm. And anywhere we see that, we wanna ask why and what's there for us. Mm. Right. And so percussion is one of those things.
[00:14:43] You don't have to be a kinky spanko to enjoy percussion. Although if you are a kinky spanko like me, we do have courses for that and they're delicious, but within couples massage. Um, and it's so funny, you know, we've been playing a lot with this recently. Mm-hmm. And so as I'm like getting my hands on her, I'm like wanting to do impact and percussion cuz I know it's what you've been craving.
[00:15:02] Yeah, true. Um, which is so interesting with that wake up piece. Yeah. But we should wrap this up. Okay. Okay. Um, and so just like we are in this dialogue as lovers, right? Mm-hmm. Like we're trying to sit here with you as Pleasure Mechanics, but we're also Chris and Charlotte lovers who can't keep our hands off each other.
[00:15:20] Aw. And we're in a constant dialogue about what kind of touch are you wanting right now. Right now? Yeah. And that right now is, right now in this like stage of your life, but also this point of the day. Yeah. Right. Like if we're sipping coffee, that's, I'm in a really different mood than if I'm all riled up.
[00:15:38] Hmm. An hour later. Um, and so we hope that this gives you a language to talk about what types of touch you want, but where on your body are you craving these types of touch? How do you like it? Right. Do you want it gently or roughly? Do you want it tenderly or, uh, passionately. And we will give you tools for that too.
[00:16:00] Mm-hmm. Um, and when do you like it? Right? Touch is so context dependent that yes, you love impact play, but we discovered the other night that she doesn't like it if you're in a stressed out mood about something to do with finances, for example. Like not the best time to come at you with, uh, some pummeling.
[00:16:19] Right.
[00:16:19] Charlotte Mia Rose: Or in the years of breastfeeding, I really didn't want that kind of touch Oh, for years. Do you know what I mean? Like at different moments you want soothing touch. Mm-hmm. Like that's, that feels like what you need, what is appropriate at that moment in time. So all of this is just about having language and a vocabulary to be able to notice and then express what you most want right now and be able to communicate that to your partner so that you can hopefully create and shape the erotic experience that you are most craving and desiring right now in your life.
[00:16:46] Chris Maxwell Rose: Totally. And as you'll see in each of the massage sequences, we mix these types up, right? Mm-hmm. You don't just choose one, it's not a vending machine. You get to have all the different types of cereal. Um, and so as you touch, like every time I'm doing percussive touch, I'm also doing glides. Mm-hmm. Right?
[00:17:02] And like warming the skin up with glides and then I'm like kneading the muscle bodies underneath. To warm those muscles up and then I'm doing percussion, right? Or I might do a vibration and here's an advanced thing, should I throw it in? When you do a vibration, you can start noticing where that vibration is sticking in the muscle body.
[00:17:23] Mm-hmm. And give it some impact, give it some percussion, and you start pulling these things together or do like a really deep compression press and hold kind of situation. And in that moment you're releasing the tension, which we'll also cover in another video.
[00:17:40] Charlotte Mia Rose: I love it. I just wanna name that these are timeless.
[00:17:43] Things to be aware of. And so now that you're aware of them mm-hmm. You will just be able to like, have more and more skillsets and more and more skill around noticing them and deepening in your connection with them. Mm-hmm. So if this feels like a lot right now, just know that you can, like, keep bringing your awareness and attention to them over time and create more and more skill and confidence with them.
[00:18:05] Chris Maxwell Rose: Mm-hmm. That's why you have lifetime access to the course. Mm-hmm. That's why we are here with you every step of the way. Thank you for being part of Pleasure Mechanics, and exploring touch with us. I'm Chris. I'm Charlotte. We are the Pleasure Mechanics. Wishing you a lifetime of pleasure. Mm-hmm. Cheers.
[00:18:22] Cheers.
